Will it look like the e-mail comes from me? Yes – it will appear to your client as if you sent your customer the e-mail.
Will I get to see the newsletter before they go out? Yes – you will be sent an e-mail *PROOF* with the newsletter before it goes out to all of your contacts.
Will I get the responses or will they go to MSM? The responses will go direct to your e-mail accout.
What if someone doesn’t want to get e-mails from me/MSM anymore? There will be an unsubscribe button on the newsletter and the e-mail quick-tips, which will automatically take them off the list and you will be notified via e-mail who chose to opt-out of your list.How will I know how many people looked at my newsletter? You will be notified via e-mail, two weeks after the campaign, regarding which of your clients opened your newsletter or quick tip e-mail and if they clicked on a link within your e-mail.
